MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS

    • Clean and lightly lubricate all track running surfaces.

    • Lubricate all trolleys and check for any sign of abnormal wear or breakage.

    • Correct all out-of-plumb panels by adjusting to plumb and tightening jamb nuts.

    • Tighten all exposed bolts in panel vertical edges as required.

    • Lubricate and tighten all hinges and as required.

    • Check track alignment at all joints and intersections.

    • Adjust lever jamb closure.

    • Adjust as required all top and bottom seals for proper operation.

    • Adjust all pass doors for proper operation, as required.

    • Provide a written report identifying any deficiencies including: any unsafe conditions and price for material and/or labor to correct deficiencies.
